TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchasing agreement
You will be given the opportunity to cancel transaction or amend your order, prior to our acceptance
You will be required to agree conditions prior to purchasing any items for the agreed price plus postage ( if applicable)
You may purchase items through PayPal or your debit/credit card
Details will be processed through a secure payment facility, once payment received
An e mail confirmation will be sent binding this contract,
This e-mail will also serves as your receipt
Prices are quoted on site and can change from time to time but this will not affect the prices of items already placed
on order
Delivery
Your purchased item(s) will be despatched within 3 working days of receiving your payment.
If there is a delay "you" will be advised by e-mail or telephone
We will also inform you when your order is about to be delivered
All items must be signed for
The delivery will be placed at the front of your house or on your drive
The driver is not obliged to unload to your stacking area
We cannot routinely guarantee delivery on a specific date and do not take responsibility for any delay that is out of our control but we will do everything within our control to provide a good and speedy service
If you require an urgent delivery, this can be arranged but may incur extra costs (to be agreed at the time) subject to travelling distance and weight of goods.

Returns
Occasionally human error may occur. If there is an error made on our website or your order we will rectify as a matter of urgency.
For returns please read the following process;
Se Send e-mail with reason(s) for the return request
We must receive return items within 7 days from the date you received the goods
Goods must be in pristine condition, unused, in the same packaging as received
We recommend that you mail items to us as "Special delivery, signed for", as we cannot be made responsible for items, that are lost in the post
Only the cost of goods are refunded as mailing costs for return costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Subject to conditions being met you will receive a full refund (less postage if applicable)
